Lesley comes from a background of sales and marketing. Barry is a qualified joiner and has worked in the building industry for 35 years of which the last 19 years have been at a senior management level.
For the past 3 years Lesley and Barry jointly managed a luxury lodge in Russell, where the guests comfort, needs and privacy was paramount.
Information for guests:
All booking requests are subject to the holiday property owner's approval. We will contact you once we have that acceptance to arrange payment details or any other requirements you may have.
We will personally meet you upon your arrival to show you around your holiday home.
A thorough property inspection is carried out on the property prior to your arrival.
We provide the holiday home with a comprehensive compendium outlining specific instructions relating to the holiday home. It will also show you local attractions and activities in and around the Bay of Islands.
We are happy to be of assistance in pre-booking any tour activity before your arrival to ensure that you can do the activity you want, on the day you want, especially in our busy season.
We can offer you linen and towel hire service, professional cleaning service, rubbish removal and a stock of basic provisions. If you require any of these services please advise us at the time of booking so we can provide you with our fee schedule.
Our contact number or a nominated person's contact number is provided at the holiday property in the event that you require assistance or have difficulties during your stay.
