The Lookout is an executive home with 360 degree views of Russel and the surrounding areas from various vantage points throughout the house. The house is tucked away down a very private secluded road on an acre of land, if you are looking for privacy with excellent views nad all day sun then this is a winner!!!
This large three level executive holiday home is extremely well appointed with all the modern conveniences and fully furnished to the highest standards. The kitchen is well laid out with a relaxing breakfast bar, ample cupboards, fridge freezer, dishwasher, pantry, hob unit, wall oven, range hood. The lounge and dining areas are very spacious and can easily accommodate 6 guests. There is a small den to sit and relax in for that quieter moment one often seeks, this leads onto an additional balcony area with excellent views.
The house sleeps 6 persons in 3 large double bedrooms, all bedrooms have queen size beds, all have en-suite bathrooms, there is an additional downstairs toilet, next to the laundry/utility room which has a top load washing machine and dryer for guest use. All linen and towels are supplied.
The indoor outdoor flow from the kitchen and lounge via the large bi-fold sliding doors invites you to experience the house at it's best, The large deck areas enjoy the stunning sea and coastal views from sunrise to sunset, whether from either balcony or from the swimming pool (10 meter x 4.5 meter) and barbecue area you will be mesmerized.
The Lookout faces north east and is not overlooked and thus affords the utmost privacy. There is ample parking for cars & boat |
