This well appointed north-facing holiday home is situated in one of Russells most beautiful and secluded locations at Tapeka Point. Robin's Nest has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high specification.

Set against the backdrop of a nature reserve, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just metres from the waters edge, the house offers sweeping 180-degree panoramic views over the Bay of Islands to Roberton Island and beyond.

The upper level has an expansive living area boasts vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall bi-fold doors which open out to bring the outdoors indoors while the, whilst the lower level is more intimate and has a charm all of its own.

Robin's Nest is unique in that it is split into two completely separate and individually furnished areas - a spacious 3-bedroom apartment upstairs and a smaller, more intimate 2-bedroom guest suite downstairs.

Excellent for extended family groups, taken together as one complete, and incredibly spacious, 5-bedroom 3-bathroom house, with two separate living areas.

Each level has its own fully-appointed kitchen/dining/living area, each with its own bathrooms 2 upstairs and 1 down - and separate laundry areas. This makes the house ideal for everyone from a couple seeking a quiet and intimate holiday location by themselves; families, and groups of up to 6, looking for that very special away-from-it-all destination; and, as a complete house, for extended families who enjoy holidaying together but occasionally crave their own space.

Booked as a complete house - the house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering carefully thought-out accommodation as follows:- Upper level - 1 King, 1 double, 2 singles, 2 bathrooms; Lower level - 1 Queen, 2 singles, 1 bathroom. Upstairs has SKY TV, and complimentary WI-FI.

There are Kayaks, lifejackets and some fishing equipment for guest to use.

Minimum stay:
Christmas/New Year 19 Dec 10 9 Jan 11 minimum 7 night stay at all times. Off peak and shoulder - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests.We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

$30.00 per person, per week or part there-of - This covers linen, bedding, pre-making of beds prior to arrival, towels, bath mats, kitchen linen, soap, detergents, and some basic provisions.
Payment terms:
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is payable at the time of making the booking - this will be taken from the credit card when you submit with the booking.
 
The balance of the price of the cost of your stay must be paid at least 30 day/s before your arrival date (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.
 
Credit Card Surcharge: All payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5%.
Security Deposit: If required a refundable bond is required to cover service charges, accidental damage, breakage or loss. This amount will be added to your invoice and is payable with the balance of your booking cost, as specified above. Provided the keys have been returned as specified and we have been advised that everything is in order your security deposit will be refunded for the full amount, within 1 week/s of the end of your stay, less, if necessary, the cost of any replacements, repairs or charges.
Should the security deposit prove inadequate to fully cover any costs that may arise, we reserve the right to invoice you for the immediate payment of the outstanding amount.
