| Luxuriously appointed holiday home with spectacular views over Long Beach with an added bonus of a summer infinity lap pool set in a very quiet and private location. Situated above the town of Russell, Calypso has spectacular views of both the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Islands. A private road leads you up to Calypso where you are surrounded by beautiful natural bush. There are panoramic unobstructed views of the coast, the land, the ocean and Long Beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in Russell. From this advantageous position you will hear the waves from Long Beach below, whilst, at night, Kiwis can be heard foraging in the bush. The house sleeps 6 - there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, the master bedroom has spectacular views with a king-size bed, full walk-in shower, his & hers vanities and a free standing bath and the bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and single with a bathroom next door., the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. There is a large open plan living areas all lead out onto the expansive deck areas, the is a stunning kitchen which has been equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, and cooking utilities. If you have to work whilst on holiday there is a study with direct broadband/WI-FI access. There is a SKY TV a DVD. Calypso faces north and is not overlooked therefore it offers total privacy. The expansive cedar decking and terracing has spectacular views of the sea and coast and can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset, whether from the lounging decks or from the summer pool and barbecue areas. |

Christmas/New Year 19 Dec 10 – 9 Jan 11 minimum 7 night stay at all times. Off peak and shoulder - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment terms:
|
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is payable at the time of making the booking - this will be taken from the credit card when you submit with the booking.
The balance of the price of the cost of your stay must be paid at least 30 day/s before your arrival date (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.
Credit Card Surcharge: All payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5%.
Security Deposit: If required a refundable bond is required to cover service charges, accidental damage, breakage or loss. This amount will be added to your invoice and is payable with the balance of your booking cost, as specified above. Provided the keys have been returned as specified and we have been advised that everything is in order your security deposit will be refunded for the full amount, within 1 week/s of the end of your stay, less, if necessary, the cost of any replacements, repairs or charges.
Should the security deposit prove inadequate to fully cover any costs that may arise, we reserve the right to invoice you for the immediate payment of the outstanding amount.

The house was simply wonderful and we can't think of anything that wasn't just right. I'd also like to thank you for your attentive service from my initial enquiry through to picking up the key and showing us around the house. Made us feel welcome. So often these days when we book accommodation it's all so impersonal - sometimes you don't even pick up the key from anyone, it's just in a security box. Thanks again and we'll definitely be back.
