Situated down a very quiet street in Okiato - New Zealand's first captial, Veronica View enjoys a spectacular view across the bay to Waitangi and Paihia.
The 3 bedrooms feature queen-size beds - perfect for couples or small families... There is a generous bathroom with shower over bath, vanity and a separate toilet room.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, full stove, microwave and a full compliment of pots, cutlery etc, there is a very large dining room which leads of the kitchen.
The lounge area features a wood burner comfortable seating and a small TV and DVD, it opens out onto a large deck area with tables and chairs for all to enjoy the water views. There is a BBQ for guest use and the lawn area at the rear of the house has it's own private calling to sit and relax in. |
