Accessed by private road, the house is tucked away high above Long Beach, it has absolutely stunning water views over the beach below, out to Roberton Island, the Nine Pin and the Pacific Ocean.
The main level of the house has an open plan kitchen featuring Miele appliances, along with a large lounge and dining room, the lounge features a wonderful gas fire for those cooler evenings, all rooms on both levels open out onto large expansive decks with stunning views. An integrated entertainment system includes a 42” LCD TV, wireless internet, library of DVD’s and iPhone dock. My Sky TV includes all local NZ channels, plus news, documentaries, lifestyle, sports and movies etc. Sleeping up to 6, the house comprises 3 bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and 1 with twin king singles – can be made into a king-size bed as well), 2 en-suites and 1 full bathroom, with a bath for those very special relaxing evenings. The is an outdoor barbeque for guest use, along with 2 complimentary bottles of New Zealand’s Lemon Z limoncello! The nightly tariff includes linen and weekly servicing. Additional servicing can be arranged with prior notice at an additional charge if required. Please note: For your comfort the house is pet free and is non-smoking property you are more than welcome to smoke outside.
