Lovely lady - efficient and easy to deal with, very helpful, very friendly! Great place to stay for couples or a group of friends. 2 min walk down the hill to Russell - we came for a wedding and this place was perfect for getting ready etc master bedroom bed was amazingly conformable! Will stay here again for sure! Very functional had everything you wanted. HOWEVER - I think for the price lined should be included.
