This stunning Bed & Breakfast has been constructed as a purpose built bed and breakfast facility.
Located in central Paihia on the hill above the main village, your friendly hosts Philip and Wendy Hopkinson have spent almost 2 decades in hospitality, and offer a very high standard of accommodation in their new home. They are also keen to share their extensive knowledge of the Northland region and New Zealand with visitors to their home.
All guest suites are stylishly furnished with air conditioning available, and contain ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and very comfortable interiors to make your stay memorable. They all overlook the swimming pool which is set in a secluded sunny garden surrounded by native bush & birdlife. Creative continental breakfast is served daily in the large dining area enjoying the serene bush and sea views from the decks overlooking the bay.

2 night minimum stay at all times night on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment terms:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is payable at the time of making the booking - this will be taken from the credit card when you submit with the booking.
The balance of the price of the cost of your stay must be paid at least 30 day/s before your arrival date (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.
Credit Card Surcharge: All payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5%.
