'7 on Baker' is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home in the heart of relaxed and historic Russell. Enjoy sea, garden, town views and sunsets from this 2 level holiday home.
The home has been built with the purpose of enjoying a casual relaxed and convenient lifestyle. An expansive veranda runs the full length of the lower level of the house, the upstairs balcony has an awning for shade protection, and the large deck to the front of the house ensure all weather enjoyment.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, to the side there is a reading room that has french doors leading to a small private courtyard.
The Russell waterfront is a few minutes walk away thereby offering easy access to passenger ferries, historic buildings, shops, safe swimming, cafes, bars, museum, information centre and booking office where arrangement's can be made to enjoy the numerous water and coastal activities the Beautiful Bay of Islands has to offer.

ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. Payment terms: Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is payable at the time of making the booking - this will be taken from the credit card when you submit with the booking. The balance of the price of the cost of your stay must be paid at least 30 day/s before your arrival date (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid. Credit Card Surcharge: All payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5%. Security Deposit: If required a refundable bond is required to cover service charges, accidental damage, breakage or loss. This amount will be added to your invoice and is payable with the balance of your booking cost, as specified above. Provided the keys have been returned as specified and we have been advised that everything is in order your security deposit will be refunded for the full amount, within 1 week/s of the end of your stay, less, if necessary, the cost of any replacements, repairs or charge.
