| Crows Nest' is a 5-minute drive from Russell over the famous Flagstaff Hill, where you enter the small-secluded community of Tapeka point. The house is located high on Tapeka Point and as a result gets spectacular views, nearly 360 degrees of the beaches and outer laying islands. This house boasts large spacious living areas and wrap around verandas. It has been designed with indoor and outdoor entertainment being the focal point and provides a great place and atmosphere for your Bay of Islands Holiday. There are two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The upstairs lounge area has a foldout Futon couch and can sleep an additional two persons. The large open plan kitchen casual dining room, plus formal dining are lead to a very large lounge area, all of these areas feature spectacular views. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking is available. Linen is supplied however please bring you own beach towels. A very special home. |

What a treat to show my girls some of my favourite places as a girl. We loved walking from here around the rocks to Russell and to Long Beach at low tide. We saw dolphins at various times from the house. You could never get bored here!
