Waterside Cottage is located on the waters edge as you arrive into Russell, just a short flat stroll to the main village, restaurants and cafés. A great place to base yourself to explore our beautiful Bay of Islands and Historic Russell.
There is one bedroom, a fully renovated stunning bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a new designer kitchen that looks out at the water. The open plan lounge and dining room all have great views of the water and great indoor/outdoor flow onto the expansive deck area. What a spectacular place to relax, watch the birds and yachts in the bay, or simply have a BBQ on the deck with family and friends.

Minimum stay: Christmas/New Year 19 Dec – 9 Jan minimum 7-night stay at all times. Shoulder and Low season - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Make Enquiry About Waterside Cottage
Our already fabulous Bay of Islands 4 day break were made only perfect by Lesley and the bach accommodation. The bach were immaculately clean, and all that one could contemplate were provided - from BBQ and kitchen goods, amazing new bathroom - to the games, magazines, books and sky TV.
Taking just 8-10 minutes to meander into Russell on foot, this bach will be my first and foremost preference for accommodation in the Bay of Islands. Reluctantly
returning to work...

Really great accommodation. Everything you need is there. The batch was lovely and clean. Nice quiet location. Lesley was available at any time if needed but just welcomed us on arrival filled us in on all details and left us to enjoy. I strongly recommend the Russell RSA if you are looking for a great meal with great prices. And the drinks are the cheapest in town. Great holiday would recommend the batch for anyone wanting to chill out and just relax. Thanks Lesley.
