Situated in the heart of Tapeka, 1 mile from historic Russell in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand. The house is modern and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is a fully self-catering holiday home rental spread across 3 levels.
The large deck surrounding the house provides sensational views of the bay and beach, and private outdoor dining areas.
Situated close to the waterfront, sandy Tapeka Beach is just 2 minutes walk. Accommodation for 10 people.
Please note: For your comfort the house is pet free and is non-smoking property you are more than welcome to smoke outside.

Minimum stay:Christmas/New Year 19 Dec – 9 Jan minimum 7-night stay at all times. Shoulder and Low season - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

“The White House is an excellent place to stay when looking for a beach house. It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with enough room for everyone (there are even 3 bathrooms which was great). Great swimming, great views, great rock fishing, very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of cities but still very close to the centre of Russell. Would definately consider staying at The White House again in the future!!!! AAA+++”

Just to pass on how happy the group were with the batch at Russell! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was ample amounts of room! Loved the kitchen space, perfect for cooking for a large group. Very close beach access, was a shame the weather wasn't so great, but we still managed to get out there a bit!
