Cedar View is a substantial family holiday house with spectacular sea views, located in the heart of the main historic village of Russell.
The house is modern and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and is a fully self-catering holiday home rental spread across 2 levels.
The master bedroom is on the upper level with one bathroom and the formal lounge. There is a 42 inch LCD TV, a delightful baby grand piano for you to enjoy tickling the ivories if you are a keen pianist... The other 3 bedrooms are in the main level where they share the main bathroom, there is also an additional toilet off the laundry, the dining room, family area with 32 inch TV and kitchen area all lead out onto an expansive deck area for entertaining.
The large deck surrounding the house provides sensational views of the village, there is a BBQ for guest use along with several private outdoor dining areas. Below in the manicured garden a 5 seater spa pool awaits those that wish to relax - perhaps even enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst soaking - what a delightful way to end an evening...

Please note: For your comfort the house is a non-smoking and pet free property, you are more than welcome to smoke outside.

Shoulder and Low season - 5 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
