B’s over the Bay is a very functional family holiday home, set on a large site overlooking the beautiful and relaxing sea views of the Russell harbor – you will also see Paihia and Waitangi from the balcony.
The living area is open plan; with sitting, dining and stylish kitchen. A wood burning fireplace is ready to use on cooler evenings. The lounge area opens out to the balcony via sliding ranch slider doors, glass balustrade allows you to enjoy the magnificent views…
The master bedroom has a king bed and is en-suited, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds that could be joined to make an oversize queen should there be 3 couples. The main bathroom contains a shower, vanity and toilet.
A barbeque is available for guests to utilise under the covered area at the back of the house.

Minimum stay:Christmas/New Year 19 Dec – 9 Jan minimum 7-night stay at all times. Shoulder and Low season - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property. ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

$30.00 per person, per week or part there-of - This covers linen, bedding, pre-making of beds prior to arrival, towels, bath mats, kitchen linen, soap, detergents, and some basic provisions.

Access:After 3pm on the day of arrival – departure – 10am. Negotiable if other parties are not arriving or departing the same day. All arrivals after 8pm in the evening will incur a late arrival fee of $75.00.
