We have stayed at Beachside twice now, both times for a 2 week period and it is perfect for a family holiday in Russell. It is very well appointed, has rooom for parking the boat and has the best deck to sit on and enjoy a quiet drink. Would recommend it very highly.

Loved staying here, we have very young children and it was perfect and safe for them to play and explore the property while we were still very close to the centre of Russell. Picturesque and a joy to bring our guests from America here to stay.

They were very welcoming and accommodating, e.g. when our bus to Paihia was delayed by Easter traffic and we missed our first choice ferry. We enjoyed the location, in particular late afternoons and evenings as we were back home after busy days and could enjoy watching the end of day boat activity backed by the sun's gentle descent and all the associated light changes.

Hello Lesley, We are writing to thank you for the wonderful home that we stayed in for 4 days in Russell. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We would love to stay again for longer at some stage. It is so close to the water and cafes and restaurants, museum, jetty, art gallery and yet so private & quiet. We will recommend your home to everyone that would like to experience the northern new Zealand at its best Thanks again Rob White & Carol Allan

Gorgeous beachfront property which is very comfortable for a family and fully fenced which is a big positive for parents of young children! Very well managed and taken care of, we loved our stay and will be back. Lesley is very friendly and efficient to work with.

Excellent property. Comfortable, clean and tidy. Has everything you need. We didn't use the car at all which was bliss. A short stroll from the restaurants and such a beautiful outlook to the sea and the rising sun each day. Pure bliss! Excellent prompt communication. Easy to deal with this friendly manager

Very accommodating. We arrived a little early, but they accommodated us. Gave us good local insights and "top tips". The Bach was very, very presentable and the checkout seamless and friendly. Great experience, great Bach, great location !

Idyllic location, stunning sunsets, the water and town just metres away from the front gate, the pier and cruise tours a mere five minute walk along the waterfront promenade. Beautiful period home that was very clean and comfortable, a big veranda to just sit and watch the boats come in from. Our daughter loved having the upstairs mezzanine bedroom to herself and the attic window seat with the beautiful view across the water. Russell was a great little town for relaxed shopping, browsing, dining, sightseeing, walking, whatever... thoroughly recommend.

Hosts: "Great Communication. Responded promptly to and queries." "We loved this place! We were a family of six with three kids aged 11, 12 and 13. We stayed in the property for seven nights in January 2019. The location of the property was great. Close to restaurants but far enough not to be disturbed by anyone. Just across the road from the beach so we could watch the kids from the verandah. Lovely view. Kitchen was very functional and the house had plenty of room. Extra toilet was great. I would definitely stay here again."
