Large Family Holiday Home | Walk to Russell | Refurbished Villa

Willow Way has been fully renovated with a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and an open plan sunny living space opening out onto a large new deck which gets all day sun.

Although modernised it still retains its character and charm with its polished kauri floors and original features and of course it's awesome location, a stone's throw from Russell, with its restaurants and shops.

It is set on a large section with room for two cars and two boats, a swing set and trampoline for the kids and still room to run around. Follow the steps at the back of the house up the hill for spectacular views of Matauwhi Bay from the swing seat.

The house has polished kauri floors throughout, modern facilities and an expansive deck to enjoy the sunshine and watch the world go by. A great place for adults and kids alike to relax and have fun.

Flat section to accommodate boats and cars - close to several boat ramps, 2 minutes to the boat club at Matauwhi Bay. Short drive to the beautiful family friendly beach at Long Bay.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:  For your comfort the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property.

No gathering/parties or unauthorized/additional persons staying at the property, this will breach the rental conditions and you may be asked to depart the property. Our general Terms & Conditions apply.

  • It was easy to contact BOI Holiday Homes and they gave good directions and handy hits for getting to Russell, especially about the car ferry only accepting cash. This has now changed and the ferry takes credit card, cash and eftpos payments now - a bonus. This was a very lovely and well presented place. The beds were very good and easy to sleep in, which for us staying there was wonderful as we were in the Bay of Islands for a open water swim. Would recommend this place to others and would stay there again for the next time I'm up that way.

    Tippett - Dec, 2015

  • The house was wonderful, fantastically set up with all the necessities (best of any place I've ever stayed in NZ or around the world) and easily accommodated us all. A lovely stroll into Russell and a short drive over to Long Beach which provided some great swimming and boogie boarding, not sure whether the kids or adults enjoyed it most! BOI Holidays were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with both during the booking process and arrival/departure checks. I would definitely recommend this house and company to other people. I think just one recommendation would be around having a gate or some sort of cover for the driveway. We appreciated the ropes you provided and we managed to use the cars as a blocker but it would've been great if there was something more solid we could pull across. Otherwise it was all great!
