The Lookout boasts 360 degree views of Russell and the surrounding areas from various vantage points throughout the house. The house is tucked away down a very private secluded road on an acre of land, if you are looking for privacy with excellent views nad all day sun then this is a winner!!!
This large three level executive holiday home is extremely well appointed with all the modern conveniences and fully furnished to the highest standards. The kitchen is well laid out with a relaxing breakfast bar, ample cupboards, fridge freezer, dishwasher, pantry, hob unit, wall oven, range hood.
The lounge and dining areas are very spacious and can easily accommodate 6 guests. There is a small den to sit and relax in for that quieter moment one often seeks, this leads onto an additional balcony area with excellent views.
The house sleeps 6 persons in 3 large double bedrooms, all bedrooms have queen size beds, all have en-suite bathrooms, there is an additional downstairs toilet, next to the laundry/utility room which has a top load washing machine and dryer for guest use.
The indoor outdoor flow from the kitchen and lounge via the large bi-fold sliding doors invites you to experience the house at it's best,
The large deck areas enjoy the stunning sea and coastal views from sunrise to sunset, whether from either balcony or from the swimming pool (10 meter x 4.5 meter) and barbecue area you will be mesmerized.
The Lookout faces north east and is not overlooked and thus affords the utmost privacy. There is ample parking for cars & boat.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: For your comfort the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property, there is ample room to park a boat.
No gathering/parties or unauthorized/additional persons staying at the property, this will breach the rental conditions and you may be asked to depart the property. Our general Terms & Conditions apply.

Quoted nightly tariff is for up to 4 persons, additional guests are charged $100.00 per person up to a maximum of 6 persons at any time.
Minimum stay: Christmas/New Year 20 Dec – 9 Jan minimum 7-night stay at all times. Peak, shoulder and low season - 2 or 3 night minimum night stay period on non-holiday season times as specified for each property.
ALL NZ public holidays will be charged at the peak tariff and have minimum stay periods. Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings and last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Linen and towels are provided - an extra charge applies.

Perfect house with plenty of space especially with wee ones around. The pool was a massive bonus and was a lovely temperature. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!
