Mariner's Lookout is located in the secluded Parekura Bay, 21kms East of Russell in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand.

The main House includes 3 bedrooms, 2x queen and 1x 4 bunk room for the kids. The separate sleepout at the bottom of the property has an additional 4 additional bunk beds and a fold out couch along with a shower, toilet, living room and a kitchenette.

Surrounded by native bush and only a two-minute walk to the secluded beach below, this accommodation provides the perfect setting to relax and recharge in paradise.

This comfortable and stylish family-friendly beach house blends seamlessly into the hillside, with its expansive deck allowing you to fully appreciate the breathtaking sea views.  This bach is more than just a "bach".  It is a getaway with all the conveniences of your home.  Located in a bay with one of the only public boat ramps outside of Russell and Rawhiti, you will have easy access to the beach to launch your boat or water craft and then quickly park your trailer back at the house.  No struggling to park in the local crowded lot.  Up and away from the busy bay and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. 

This home is newly constructed, warm, comfortable, and spacious. It provides the perfect place to relax with friends and family without feeling cramped.  With multiple bedroom options and 3 bathrooms, everyone will feel like they are together but able to have their own space.

When you get back from your day out, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading up to the house.  At the upper, main house, open the 3 panel sliding doors to create one large living space.  Sit on the deck while watching the tide come in and out and the sun go down.  Then cook up your freshly caught fish on the BBQ and sit inside or outside to enjoy your evening.  

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped and light-filled kitchen, dining area, and lounge, perfect for all your entertainment needs. The open-plan living space extends through cascading glass doors to the wraparound decking, providing plenty of outdoor seating for summer living. You can choose to cook a culinary masterpiece indoors or fire up the BBQ outside—it's entirely up to you!

This home is big enough to comfortably fit 2 families.  Send the kids or teens down to the lower house for their retreat to sleep and hangout while the adults have the upper house all to themselves.  There is also a bedroom in the upper house to keep the kids close as well.  Many options for many people. Please note there is a stairway track up to the main house from the carparking and sleepout.

With endless possibilities for activities, you can take a short walk to Te Uenga Bay for a swim on a Summers night. If you've brought your boat, a boat ramp just 200 meters away allows you to explore the bays and enjoy a day on the water. Elliot's Bay surf beach is a mere 5-minute drive, and Russell is only 25 minutes away, perfect for a day trip for groceries or its restaurants and cafes.
