Russell Penthouse is a stunning three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Russell, Bay of Islands, New Zealand.

The house sleeps up to 6 persons - 3 double bedrooms each, equipped with their own ensuite (1 can be converted to 2 x king single beds on request) and a separate powder room with toilet and vanity. 

The inside of this cozy holiday home features all modern comforts. The large open-plan living area has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards and the living room features a 75-inch Smart TV, with all Apps loaded along with a Sonos sound system. The dining area includes comfortable seating for 6-8 around a large table.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer including chilled filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and all the glasses, crockery, platters and utensils you could ever want.

Russell Penthouse’s guests have full use of the communal heated pool (Oct through to April). 

Two off-street car parks are provided (one undercover) & both under CCTV surveillance. Please note that boat trailer parking is not permitted.
