Settler's Cottage is a modern two-story holiday home in the Bay of Islands, set within the grounds of the Russell Cottages Collection complex, providing guest access to the shared pool, BBQ and spa pool facilities. Centrally located in the heart of historic Russell, Settlers Cottage is just a short stroll from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and two beaches.

The cottage has been built from a traditional timber weatherboard. The interior features solid timber floors in the living area and the upstairs bedroom area has quality carpet, raked ceilings and is cosy three cosy bedrooms that are fully appointed to a very high standard.

The main living area is located on the ground floor and includes an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen that flow out onto the private deck and backyard which captures the morning sun. A great place to have breakfast and watch the world go by.

The fully equipped kitchen has an island bench with barstool seating, oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Designed for entertaining the open plan kitchen flows into the lounge and dining area which has couches, a wall mounted flatscreen TV and ample seating for 6 guests. An additional guest bathroom and adjoining laundry is also on the ground level adding convenience for guests.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and a powder room with toilet and vanity.  

Bedroom Description: 

All three bedrooms are located on the top floor of Settlers Cottage. The master bedroom has a queen and private ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom two features a queen bed and bedroom three has two single beds. The main bathroom is also located on the upper level and includes an over-bath shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail making it perfect for families. 

Guests receive complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, SKY TV with access to NETFLIX (using your own login and password details). mini stereo system, and quality linen and towels. Parking for 2 cars. "FREE Wireless Broadband"
