Linen and Towel Hire

Bed linens and towels are charged at an additional cost of $40.00 per person, the beds will be made up for the number of persons staying at your chosen holiday home and ready for your arrival. All our towels are professionally laundered, with bed linens further ironed at a high temperature by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean for guest comfort. **If you wish to bring your own linen and towels please make contact before booking.


Cleaning Services

There is a mandatory departure cleaning fee for many of our holiday homes. Guests are requested to leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition prior to their departure. At Bay of Islands Holiday Homes we take a thorough, robust and comprehensive approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind... because nothing less will do.

Fridge & Pantry Supplies

Arriving late? Let us get provisions in for you, saving you time - we will stock the pantry and fridge with your selected items. All will be in place for your arrival. You choose and let us know what your specific requirements are.. Perhaps the basic's - bread, eggs, milk, butter, bacon, cheese, wine or beer etc… POA


Private Chef Experience

Our holiday homes are fully equipt with self catering kitchens, however if you feel the need to sit back and have a chef prepare your meal we can arrange this for you. Your personal chef can prepare either brunch, lunch or your evening meal by the pool or in the garden. Direct contact with the chef to establish your specific needs and requirements means that you are in control... Menu's and Pricing are at the holiday homes.


Champagne Welcome

Step into your holiday home with flutes on the table and the champagne chilled in the fridge ready for your arrival to ensure you to get into holiday mode. Please let us know if you have any preferences.

Rubbish Removal

All guests are required to leave the holiday home in the same condition that it was presented on arrival. All household rubbish and recycling must be removed prior to your departure of the holiday home, please ensure that you have disposed of all of your rubbish/recycling at the local Transfer Centre at the top of Florance Avenue. If you are unable to do this please advise us 48 hours prior to your departure so we can arrange for the removal of the rubbish. There is an additional charge for this service.
